2020 Women's Champions League Final-May 24, Austria

Men's soccer might be the main attraction of the game, football still is a gender-neutral sport. Millions of women soccer fans in the world will be eagerly waiting for the Women's Championship League final to be played on May 24 at the Franz Horr Stadium in Vienna, Austria. This 2020 soccer event is expected to draw a lot of crowd to the stadium as in the last few years women's soccer has grown exponentially especially in Europe. Last year's seven of the Women's World Cup quarterfinalists made it to the UEFA that drew the eyes of football fans. At present, Lyon is the best women's club in the world and it won't be a surprise if sportsbooks and soccer odds favor the team during the final game in 2020. Lyon already has four Championship League titles (won in a row!), if the club wins this one too, it is their straight fifth victory. The club has some of the best women soccer players including the French trio Amandine Henry, Wendie Renard and Eugenie Le Sommer, English soccer player Lucy Bronze, Ada Hegerberg from Norway, the Netherland's Shanice van de Sanden, Germany's Dzsenifer Marozsan and Kadeisha Buchanan from Canada. Although, Barcelona that lost the title last season to Lyon will look forward to settling the score this season.

2021 Copa América

The 2021 Copa América will be the 47th edition of the Copa América, the international men's football championship organized by South America's football ruling body CONMEBOL. The tournament will take place in Colombia and Argentina from 11 June to 11 July 2021. This will mark the first time it will be hosted by more than one country since 1983, when it was played in a home–away basis, and the first time in two countries.
The tournament was originally scheduled to take place from 12 June to 12 July 2020 as the 2020 Copa América. On 17 March 2020, CONMEBOL announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic in South America, the tournament had been postponed for a year, in conjunction with UEFA's decision to also postpone UEFA Euro 2020 to 2021.

Is it time to curtail the Premier League season?

The United Kingdom now has the highest death rate of any European country due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Over 30,000 people have lost their lives through the virus. Yet as some industries returned to work on Wednesday, the Premier League were attempting to find a way for the top-flight of English football to return too. It seems to be so many obstacles standing in the way of a Premier League return. The biggest one is that football puts peoples lives at risk. We don't believe that money doesn't matter, as it makes the world go round. However, is it more important than risking peoples lives? That is exactly what is going to be happening if football restarts in June.
There have been so many proposals put forward by the Premier League that have been met with objection by its members. The idea of the remainder of the campaign taking place at neutral venues was not a popular one. The clubs down the bottom of the league are now suggesting that relegation and promotion are no longer fair. Maybe it is time to say enough is enough and just end the season. The points per game system seem to be the Premier League's fallout position. It is not ideal, but it is better than dragging the situation out any longer.

Association football, or soccer, is the most popular sport in the world. It is estimated that more than half of the world's population consider themselves to be association football (soccer) fans. The sport enjoys an estimated 4.0 billion person following, and a global sphere of influence. Ancient soccer has been traced to China, as early as the 2nd Century. The Romans, Greeks, and Japanese have also been thought as possible first players of the sport. Contemporary soccer began in England, where it amassed considerable interest and spread to other parts of the world. The sport is more popular in Europe and Americas than in any other continent. The sport is characterized by two teams of eleven player and two goals. The objective of the sport is to drive a ball into the goal defended by the opponent team.
